As a parent, you know that your child’s education is one of the most important investments you’ll ever make.

Thank you for your interest in applying to ACC Academy for the 2026-27 school year! Whether you’re looking for a Christ-centered curriculum, small class sizes, or meaningful instructional and community activities, you realize that private education is likely a great fit for your family. Our goal is to provide you with a simple process and all the information you need in order to make the right decision. If you decide to submit an application for enrollment, we will review your application and contact you to set up a visit to ACC as part of the screening process for your child. Parents will then be notified regarding eligibility for the next step in the admissions process.

STEP 01. Sign up for a tour

STEP 02. Join us for an Interest meeting

These optional events help you learn the vision and mission of the school as well as information on the upcoming 2026-27 school year.

Our next interest night will take place Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00PM.

STEP 03. Apply to ACC Academy!

Admissions applications are open for the 2026-27 school year for Pre-K through 4th grade students until February 5, 2026.

STEP 04. ADMISSIONS SCREENING

You will be contacted for an admissions screening date once you have completed an application.

Once your application is submitted, your child will participate in the screening process. This will help us get to know your child in person, and to better understand their current level of academic performance. Screeners will be administered by ACC Academy teachers and will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Parents will meet with our Director of Elementary Education at this time.

STEP 05. ADMISSIONS DECISION

Enrollment offers will be sent EARLY SPRING 2026 for the 2026-27 school year.

If you would like to schedule a tour on another date, feel free to email also. Please note: A child must be 4 years of age by September 1st of the year he/she would begin Pre-K4 and 5 years of age by September 1st for Kindergarten. We are now enrolling Pre-K through 4th Grade.

Once all the above has been completed, our admissions committee will review all of our applicants. We will contact individual families at this time with placement decisions!

Financial aid opportunities

Many parents readily assume that high-quality, Christian schools are out of their budget. We’re excited to inform them about tuition support at ACC Academy. We are able to offer grant opportunities for qualifying families. This model allows us to meet families where they are financially and welcome as many qualified students as possible to our community.

ACC Academy encourages all families who qualify for the CHOOSE Act - which serves households earning less than 300% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Guidelines- to apply when the application window opens for the 2026-27 school year. You can learn more about the CHOOSE Act, eligibility criteria, and application steps by visiting the HERE:

Applications are submitted directly to FACTS, a third-party agency. FACTS evaluates your application and makes a recommendation to ACC Academy’s grant team. Your family’s personal financial information will be kept private and is never viewed by Academy employees. FACTS simply recommends a tuition pricing formula to the school. Grants are available to any deserving student on a first-come, first-served basis, governed by the resources the school has available to supplement tuition. With that said, ACC Academy works with as many families as possible to make the dream of this education a reality. Additional financial aid is available through an application process. Renewing Family Application Available: December 15, 2025- March 31, 2026

Families received an email with a link to the renewal application. The renewal application will not be posted on the CHOOSE Act website.

New Family Application: Available: January 2- March 31, 2026

ACC Academy is requesting that ALL families apply (even if they don't qualify financially this year) by January 31, 2026.

*Proof of CHOOSE ACT application denial OR approval will be required before families can apply for the other financial aid offers and scholarships we have to offer.

Deadline for all Applications: March 31, 2026.

Notification Of Award Eligibility: April 15, 2026

Proof of Enrollment: Submit no later than June 30, 2026.

ESA Distribution: Beginning July 1, 2026.

Use of ESA funds: Must be used between July 1- June 30, 2026. Unused funds will be returned to the CHOOSE Act Fund.
