Address:
Kayla Eiford
Formation Coordinator

Kayla Eiford serves as the Formation Coordinator for ACC Academy, a role that bridges Auburn Community Church and ACC Academy by helping integrate the church’s vision for spiritual formation into the everyday culture and rhythms of the school. She joined the ACC staff team in January 2023.

Prior to moving back to Auburn, Kayla spent several years teaching high school history and Bible at private Christian schools in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Science Secondary Education from Auburn University and brings a passion for both academic excellence and gospel-centered discipleship into her work.

Kayla’s heart beats for family spiritual formation—laying a foundation for a life of apprenticeship to Jesus that begins in the home. She believes that resilient faith in the next generation will be cultivated through radical discipleship within families. In her role, she works to help parents cultivate rhythms and practices that make their homes a place where faith in Jesus can flourish. This position allows her to combine her love for education with a deep desire to come alongside families as they disciple their children with intentionality and hope.

She and her husband, Hayes, have three sons and are joyfully expecting their fourth son in October. They have been a part of ACC since 2021.
